Outreach

The Pool of Life Community Church is a vibrant ministry that’s centered around one of the founding pillars of “Outreach,” serving on the foundational scripture Matthew 25:35-36, “35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.”  The primary focus of the Outreach Ministry is to partner with the local communities by giving back and providing readily available resources to families in need for the  following areas:
  • Food Pantry Drive - TPCC (The Pool of Life Community Church) hosts quarterly Food Drives in support of our local Assistance Ministries to aide with the food insecurity within our local community.

  • Feeding of Essentials Workers - The Outreach Team were able to provide over 100 fresh hot meals to local essential workers currently during the COVID-19 Pandemic crisis.

  • Life Mart - Back to School Drive - Since its inception,. Life Mart has served over 2,000 kids from Pre-K to 5th Grade in the Houston Independent & Cy-Fair Independent School districts with brand new school clothes and study essentials.

  • Youth Empowerment - Annually, TPCC hosts it's Community Wide Teen Summit, an empowerment symposium that focuses on self-esteem, self-care, teen pregnancy, the affects of substance abuse, career planning and so much more. This event also includes breakout sessions for both parents and students which are facilitated by licensed professionals.

  • Prison Ministry Care Packs - As the hands and feet of Jesus TPCC also partners with our prison system to provide care-packs for in-mates and our local nursing and assistant living facilities.
